Great place to stay. Very friendly employees, clean room, complimentary snacks/ fruits/ beverages at the reception, convenient parking and amazing breakfast
Other than the rooms smelling like musty ac and beds being only doubles and a bit dated, the rooms are really clean and well maintained. The staff is some of the best I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. The hot breakfast served is also some of the best I've seen coming from a hotel. Eggs, sausage, bacon, waffles, tater tots, and so much more. Just a great all around stay!
This Hotel feels more like a comfortable home. The rooms are clean and well appointed with a good size mini fridge with freezer. Coffee maker & microwave. Free coffee/ cookies & fruit in the Lobby 24/7. A Gym, Sauna, Steam room and washer dryers. April at the front desk went above and beyond by offering to sow a patch onto my Coveralls since I could not bring it anywhere because I worked Day Shift. Lastly it in located right next to the Independent Grocery with multiple restaurants and a liquor store within 2 to 3 block's.
Great location for walking to get dinner. The staff were all excellant and friendly. Price was acceptable for a kitchenette with a full breakfast included. The gym could use a few upgrades. The beds in my opinion could use a upgrade. And the lighting was not the best in my room.
I decided to stay in Edson for the night due to poor roads / glare ice. It should come as no surprise that I fell on my ass getting out of the truck. I reported the extremely icy patch to the front desk and was impressed by the immediate action taken and follow up to see if I required any additional help. I travel a great deal, and this stood out as exceptional response given the circumstances. Quite appreciated. Rates are good,use that Google thing
Location is great! Wonderful people! Room was very clean, bed very comfortable. So much better than many other hotels we stayed in across the U.S. and Canada. Allowing our dog is huge to us. Room didn’t even smell like wet dog like many do. Leo’s kitchen & bar is right next door for some good hot food. Grocery store on one side for easy shopping. Will definitely stay again.
Stopped on the way home from Victoria. They held room over phone as didn't know when coming in. Stayed because of reviews. Stayed in renovation room. Very nice great price at $135 a night with free breakfast and 10% At restaurant Especially when chain hotels were $40 more at least. Very friendly staff. Restaurant is great. Big meals and good price. Very good staff. Recommend Leo's burger great A must stop for hotel and restaurant.
Came for a night for work. Older hotel, but the staff is super nice, rooms are comfortable- it’s clean! Has a sauna! Would recommended staying there again
